hustlerman.com is run by Alex Holcomb, known online as Hustler Man. Donations are received by Milwaukee Hustler LLC. Questions about this policy go to hustlermilwaukee@gmail.com.

Nothing you type. The site has no sign-up, no login, and no forms.

If you email us, we receive whatever you send, including your email address, and we keep it as long as we need it to reply and follow up.

When you donate, you enter your payment details on a QuickBooks Payments page run by Intuit, or in Cash App. We never see your full card or bank numbers. Intuit or Cash App passes back what we need to record the gift, usually your name, the amount, the date, and the email address you gave them, and we keep that in our bookkeeping.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to run and protect the site. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested.

We do not set cookies of our own and we do not run analytics or ad tracking on this site.

Some pages embed content from other companies: the TikTok video feed on the homepage, and a YouTube or Facebook video player on the donate page once a video is posted. Those players load from TikTok, Google, or Meta, and those companies may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. If you would rather not load them, use a browser setting or extension that blocks third-party content.

We use donation records to keep the books, send receipts, fix payment mistakes, and meet tax and legal obligations. We use emails to reply to you.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. It is shared only with the companies that help us run the site and take payments, named above, and when the law requires it.

Payment records stay as long as bookkeeping and tax rules require. Emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.

Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask that it be deleted. We will do it unless a bookkeeping or legal rule says we must keep a record.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Giveaways for kids are arranged with parents, guardians, schools, or community groups.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. The rules for using the site and donating are in the Terms and Conditions.
