hustlerman.com is run by Alex Holcomb, known online as Hustler Man. Donations made through this site are received by Milwaukee Hustler LLC. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean. Questions go to hustlermilwaukee@gmail.com.

A donation is a voluntary gift. You get nothing in return for it, and it is not a purchase of any product or service.

Every dollar donated through this site goes only to community donations and giveaways, such as buying blankets for kids and families in Milwaukee. It does not pay for content, business expenses, or anything personal.

If the mission ever changes, only new donations made after that change go to the new cause. Money given before the change stays with the cause it was given for, and the donate page will say what changed before any new donation is taken.

If a drive raises more than that drive needs, the extra goes to the next community donation or giveaway.

Milwaukee Hustler LLC is not a registered nonprofit, so donations are not tax deductible. Talk to a tax professional if you have questions about your own situation.

Donations are not refundable, with one exception: if you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount by mistake, email us within 30 days and we will fix it.

Card and bank payments are processed by Intuit through QuickBooks Payments. Cash App payments are processed by Cash App. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies, and your payment details are handled on their pages, not ours.

No donation or purchase is ever required to receive anything from a giveaway. Who receives items, and how many, is decided by us based on need and on what a drive raises. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any other platform.

Everything on this site is for general information. We may change, add, or remove content at any time without notice. Links to other sites are there for convenience, and we are not responsible for what those sites do.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from not being able to use it.

The name Hustler Man, the site design, and the videos, photos, and writing on this site belong to Alex Holcomb unless another owner is credited. You may share links to the site freely. Do not copy the content for commercial use without asking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. If we update them, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Using the site or donating after that date means you accept the updated terms.
